ABOUT CURTIS

Curtis Caldwell: A graduate of Willamette Law School, and Willamette University B.A., Curtis is a native Oregonian having spent most of his life in Salem. Graduating from Sprague High School and Married to his high school sweetheart, Curtis and his wife Kristin are raising their children in the same South Salem neighborhood they both grew up in. A passion for seeing other succeed, Curtis has dedicated his law practice to helping those who find themselves in difficult situations, and need legal guidance. Curtis chose a practice focusing on bankruptcy and injury because of his unique perspective on the law. In a world of Principals and Practical forces pulling us back and forth, Curtis believes that where the benefit of being Principled is over shadowed by the costs, being Practical makes more sense. Bankruptcy and Injury Law provide a unique opportunity in the law that allows Curtis to present his clients with a Practical way to resolve problems.
